There is one permanent setting which can undergo minor changes. A doorway at stage rear off center (downstage center), benches to either side, a throne or Curule Chair upstage right.
More elaborate scenery can be created using the artistic ability of the students to represent the interior of the Senate, the scene outside the Delphinian Temple and a changed Forum scene at the end.
Costumes should be flexible from Togas to priestly robes. The help of a qualified eurythmist for the movements and gestures of the snake is most useful.
